How long do they last?
With practice, people average 7-10 days wear before they are ready to change their lashes. We have had customers go even longer.
Does the glue come with the lashes?
YES. The LeCil Presse` lashes have our unique adhesive already pre-applied, ready for wear.
Are they waterproof?
LeCil Pressé are lightly splash proof immediately after application but will perform better if you keep them dry for the 48 hour curing period. If you want increased waterproofing we suggest you apply a small amount of LeCil SEAL onto the base of the lashes using your LeCil applicator and allow to cure.
How do I know which lashes go where?
On the inside of the LeCil Presse` lashes is a comprehensive lash mapping guide as well as a QR code that takes you to the learn page.
How do I remove them?
Soak in our remove product and gently wipe downwards with a cotton round.
Do I need to purchase any other tools to use Presse lashes?
LeCil Pressé are a fully functioning product on their own and you can apply with your regular tweezers if you prefer. We find it is easier and you get better results if you use LeCil applicators (sold seperately) but it is completely up to you!
How are they applied?
Carefully remove from box without touching the bond (its very sticky!) The clusters are applied on the underside of your lashes directly next to (but never touching) your waterline and slightly overlapping each other. Then they are firmly clamped in place. This will trigger the 48 hour curing period required for the bond to harden. Note: its normal for the bond to feel softer and sticyier during the curing period as it reacts to your body heat.
Do they damage your natural lashes?
With correct application & removal your natural lashes are safe.
Are they reusable like the standard BOND & SEAL lashes?
Once used, the pre-applied bond is unable to be cleaned and used again. The lashes are made with biodegradable plant fibers to allow for guilt free-disposal after single use.
With care, it may be possible to clean the clusters and reapply with our standard BOND & SEAL products, but due to the delicate nature of the biodegradable fibres we cant guarantee success.
How do I care for my lashes to achieve 10 days wear?
Keep Dry: Ensure the bond stays dry for optimal performance. For added protection, consider applying a small coat of Lecil SEAL over the bond after application.
Hands Off: Avoid touching your lashes to maintain their longevity.
Makeup: Refrain from applying mascara to the lashes. Oil-free eyeliner can be used with care.
Oil Alert: Avoid oil-based products around the eyes as they can weaken the bond. Use oil-free removers and cleansers instead.
Gentle Removal: Be gentle when removing makeup, avoiding the lashes as much as possible. Precise removal with a Q-tip is recommended.
Sleep Right: To maintain your lashes, sleep on your back. If a cluster dislodges, secure it back with your applicators and re-clamp.
