Step-by-Step Application Guide:
1. Preparation:
Before you begin, ensure all makeup is removed and lashes are free of natural oils. For optimal results, cleanse with LeCil's recommended cleanser and let your lashes dry. This step is crucial for the best adhesive results.
2. Bond Application:
Carefully apply a super thin layer of LeCil bonding agent along the underside of your lashes. The key here is precision and patience. Wait a few minutes for the bond to become tacky, then reapply for maximum hold. Less is more for a lasting bond without compromising lash health.
3. Lash Placement:
With the LeCil applicator, gently place the lash clusters under your natural lashes. They should slightly overlap to mimic a natural lash line. Remember, avoid direct contact with the waterline to prevent irritation.
4. Fusing the Lashes:
Once placed, clear any excess bond from the applicator and use the LeCil Seal product. Clamp the lashes firmly onto your natural lashes to set the bond and ensure a secure fit. Allow a brief drying period.
5. Sealing:
The final touch involves applying the sealant to both the top and bottom of the lash line where the extensions meet the natural lashes. The sealant cures the bond and adds extra strength.
6. Gentle Removal:
When it’s time to remove your lashes, use LeCil's REMOVE product to release the lashes softly. Hold a soaked cotton round over your eye for a brief period, then gently wipe away the lashes, ensuring no bond residue is left behind.

LeCil Lash Care: Ensuring Lasting Beauty
1. Be Patient:
- For the first 24-48 hours, avoid getting your lashes wet. Our unique DIY system requires a tad more curing time than salon extensions. But rest assured, post-curing, they are water warriors!
2. Hands Off:
- Your lashes are tempting, but try to limit touching them. Let them be and they'll thank you with longevity.
3. Makeup:
- Keep mascaras and eyeliners at bay. Your LeCil lashes bring all the drama you need.
4. Oil Alert:
- Oil-based products are a no-go around the eyes. They can weaken the bond. Instead, opt for oil-free removers and cleansers.
5. Gentle, Always:
- When taking off makeup, be as gentle as a whisper. Your lashes will appreciate the tender love.
6. Sleep Right:
- We all have our favorite sleeping positions, but try to avoid face-planting. If a cluster does dislodge, it's a quick fix! Just secure it back with a touch of bond and seal.
7. Showering? Be Wise:
- Showers are refreshing, but direct water jets can be too harsh. Be gentle and pat-dry instead of rubbing.
8. In Case of Drench:
- Got caught in a rain dance? A thin coat of our seal can reinforce the bond.
9. Flaunt with Confidence:
With proper care, your LeCil lashes are ready for any adventure. Step out, bat those lashes, and enjoy every compliment coming your way!
Achieving perfect DIY lash extensions requires practice and precision. Follow these steps for optimal results:
1. Preparation:
Start with clean, oil-free eyelids and lashes using LeCil CLEANSE. Morning application allows lashes to set before showering or sleeping.
2. Correct BOND Usage:
Apply thin layers of BOND, allowing it to get tacky between coats. Too much can cause issues. Use LeCil elevate fan or a low-setting hair dryer to expedite drying.
3. Accurate Placement:
Avoid the waterline for comfort and better adherence. Overlap clusters by about 1mm for a cohesive grip.
4. Secure Fusion:
Firmly press the lashes onto your natural ones using applicators. Apply SEAL on the applicators to prevent sticking.
5. Effective Sealing:
SEAL cures the BOND, making it waterproof and long-lasting. Apply SEAL during the fusion step for comprehensive coverage.
6. Proper Aftercare:
Follow our aftercare guide for long-lasting lashes, available on our website and in post-purchase emails.

Pre-glued DIY eyelash extensions, like Lecil's Pressé Pre-Glued Lashes, offer a convenient and quick way to enhance your look. To ensure a flawless application and prolong lash wear, it's essential to avoid these common mistakes.
1. Not Preparing Your Natural Lashes
Before applying pre-glued lashes, ensure your natural lashes are clean and free from oil and makeup. Use a gentle cleanser to remove any residue, which can interfere with the adhesive's effectiveness.
2. Incorrect Placement
Accurate placement is crucial. Align the lash strip as close to your natural lash line as possible. Starting too far from the lash line can create an unnatural look and discomfort. Each cluster should overlap the next by approximately 1mm to provide additional support and seamless result. Use tweezers or an applicator for precision.
3. Mishandling the Sticky Bond
The bond on pre-glued lashes is extremely sticky. Carefully remove the lashes from the box without touching the bond directly to prevent compromising adhesion. Always handle the lashes with care to maintain the integrity of the adhesive.
4. Not Cleaning Residue from Applicators
It's essential to clean any adhesive residue from your applicators before clamping the lashes. Residue can cause the clusters to pull off, leading to an uneven application. Ensure your tools are clean to achieve a secure and professional finish.
5. Neglecting Care During the Curing Period
The 48-hour curing period is critical for the bond to harden. During this time, avoid touching or repositioning the lashes. The bond may feel softer and stickier as it reacts to body heat, which is normal. Patience is vital to ensure the bond sets correctly.
6. Misinterpreting the Soft/Sticky Stage
It's common to misinterpret the bond feeling soft and sticky during the curing period as a problem. This stage is entirely normal and part of the process. Persevere and allow the bond to cure fully for optimal results.
By avoiding these common mistakes, you can achieve a flawless and long-lasting look with Lecil's Pressé Pre-Glued Lashes. Proper preparation, precise application, and patience are the keys to enjoying beautiful, hassle-free lashes. For more tips and tutorials, visit Lecil Pressé Pre-Glued DIY Eyelash Extensions.
If the bond feels too sticky during the curing process, or you have very sparse natural lashes exposing a lot of the pre-bond the powder lock technique could be for you:
lightly dust translucent setting powder or oil-free eyeshadow on any exposed pre-bond on the top and bottom of your lashes. Use a small eyeshadow or eyeliner brush for precise application, then reclamp with your applicators. Repeat as needed until the stickiness subsides. This has been reported as a gamechanger for many of our customers.
Customizing Your Lash Line with the LeCil Powder Lock technique TM
LeCil Pressé lashes were deliberately designed with a clear pre-bond to offer a natural look, especially for those with light or sparse lashes a black bond band can look very fake. However, the customization options are vast. By using the powder lock technique described above, you can achieve anything from a completely natural look with clear powder to a more dramatic eyeliner effect using jet-black eyeshadow. After applying the powder, clamp the lashes and clean off any spillage with a Q-tip for a flawless finish.
Glowing with those LeCil lashes and need a makeup redo? Here’s how to keep those lashes flawless while you clear the canvas:
1. Gentle is the Golden Rule:
Your skin and lashes will thank you. No rubbing or pulling. Patience is your friend here.
2. The Right Tools:
Soft cotton pads or microfiber cloths work wonders. They're kind to your skin and your lash extensions.
3. Choosing the Cleanser:
Oil-free is the way to go. Oil can weaken the adhesive bond of your lashes. Our suggestion? LeCil CLEANSE ensures safe and effective makeup removal.
4. Master the Technique:
For eye makeup, use a soaked cotton pad in remover and gently press against the makeup area, then swipe inwards gently, making sure you're not brushing against the lash extensions.
5. Eyeliner and Shadows:
For eyeliner or shadows close to the lash line, use a Q-tip soaked in makeup remover. This gives you more precision, ensuring you don't disturb your lash extensions.
6. Mascara (if you have on your lower lashes):
Place a cotton pad below your lower lashes, then gently swipe down. Be careful not to touch the extensions.
7. Complete Cleanse:
After makeup removal, use a gentle, oil-free cleanser to ensure your skin is free from any makeup residue.
8. Lash Love:
If you feel any adhesive or makeup remnants around the lashes, use a Q-tip with a little LeCil CLEANSE to carefully clean the lash line.
Final Thought:
Freshen up with hydration after makeup removal. Just ensure your skincare products steer clear of your lash extensions.
With this guide, transition between makeup looks without a hitch, all while keeping those LeCil lash extensions on point!
