Simply trim the length off and then scuff your LeCil gel nail with a file, paint on the magic remover and give it a few minutes to work its magic! 

Once the nail is softened scrape it off with the LeCil precision manicure tool & wash your hands with warm soapy water. 

*in some cases repeat application of the magic remover can speed up the process. 

Prep your nails: Thoroughly clean your nails and push back your cuticles. Scuff the surface of your nails and then clean with alcohol swab. The preparation is the most important part of getting an excellent result.

Select your nails: Find and lay out the nails that best fit you. tip: er on the side of smaller rather than larger for a more realistic result, choosing too large nails is what can make press ons look fake.

GEL TABS: Remove plastic covers and adhere to you nail avoiding touching them. Place nail over the top lining up as close to the cuticles as is comfortable and hold down firmly for at least 30 seconds pressing from the middle of the nail outwards firmly in all directions to push out any air bubbles.

NAIL GLUE: Place a small drop of glue approx 1/3 of the way up the nail from the cuticles. Place nail over the top lining up as close to the cuticles as is comfortable. Start at the base and press down towards the tip to carefully spread the glue. hold down firmly for at least 60 seconds pressing from the middle of the nail outwards firmly in all directions to push out any air bubbles.

If you have over applied glue and it seeps out the sides you can quickly remove it with the alcohol swab.

AFTERCARE: Avoid water and oils for approx 1 hour after application.

Great question! LeCil is about bringing Salon results home.

Our nails are the only press on nails that are fully made of layered and professionally shaped salon gel tips, base, builder gel and top coats. Cheap press ons are generally made with plastic or sometimes plastic coated with acrylic. They are not shaped like a salon nail tech does for you so are flat, fake looking and uncomfortable. Our manufacturing process makes for an extremely comfortable, long wearing, and professional looking fit without any UV lights, painting, powder dips or fuss.

It also allows for damage free removal, which is impossible with nails made of cheaper materials.

Plus - you get enough in a kit for at minimum 2 full manicures (more if you use the tab option). Compared to the average salon manicure cost of approx $80 per set that's a saving of over $100!

It all depends on how you use them. You have options included in your set.

1. When using with the sticky tabs you will get up to 1 week wear with the added bonus of being able to remove and reuse them.

2. When applied with our ultra strong glue you can wear for 2 weeks and beyond!

Our kits come with 30 nails which also, often allows for 2 full sets per box. The girl math is majorly mathing on these sets!!

Because LeCil instant manicure nails are layered just like a salon manicure you can trim, shape and file them in just the same way for a completely customised result. (Obviously be careful with patterned nails)

Each pack has 30 nails in 15 sizes. At absolute minimum you will get 2 full manicures per pack. If you are careful with you size choices and/or use the sticky tabs instead of the strong glue you can get many more than that! We are talking as little as $10 per month on gorgeous salon quality nails!

Yes! every kit includes the short wear tabs and the long wear glue as well as alcohol swabs, a cuticle pusher and a file.

No! The sticky tabs are damage free and the glue is damage free when removed with our magic remover product (sold separately)

With their 5 layers of salon gel these nails act and perform just like the real thing.

Not one bit! Our hand painted gel nails are built up in the apex and tapered towards the cuticle just like the nail techs do for a professional look.

When applied with tabs all that is required is a soak in hot water and gentle prising off.

If you have applied with the super hold glue we recommend that you melt off the nail, damage-free using our Magic instant manicure remover product.

If you don't have the remover or want to reuse the nails, make a mix of hot water and an oil of your choice (regular cooking oil is fine). Soak for 5-10 minutes and gently wiggle off. Soaking time may vary based on how much glue was used and how long the nails have been on.
